Here at the Action Movie Database (AMDB) we will focus primarily on action films but will include martial arts, adventure, horror and science fiction films that still contain a good dose of action. Our main focus will be action films from the mid 80s to the mid 90s (which we like to call 'The Glory Years') but we will include older and more recent films that fit into the criteria of what we believe makes a great action film.
